Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Omaha, NE)

Nova Meadow Press is a printer and publisher in Omaha serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for proofing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
