Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Omaha, NE)

Clearpath Bridge Farms is an agricultural business based around Omaha. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 170 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
