Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Omaha, NE)

Nova Harbor Foods produces packaged foods at its Omaha plant, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
