Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Corner Construction and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for safety records. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
