Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Union Foods Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for sanitation schedules. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms.
