Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Nashville, TN)

Westbrook Mill Farms Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for packing house output. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
