Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Nova West Telecom and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
