Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Milwaukee, WI)

Bright Stone Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
