Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Wren Telecom Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for service installations. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
