Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Timber Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for service appointments. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with service appointments.
