Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Milwaukee, WI)

Rivermark Bridge Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
