Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Milwaukee, WI)

Bright Harbor Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Milwaukee area. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
