Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Miami, FL)

Bright Rook Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Miami. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people based in Miami. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for online orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with online orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
