Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Miami, FL)

Amberfield Fox Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Miami region. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for service appointments. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
