Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Miami, FL)

Redstone Sable Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Miami. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for promotions. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
