Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Madison, WI)

Foxglove North Construction Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for materials orders. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Knowledge of freight terms.
