Lumen Vista Press is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Madison. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for bindery work. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation.
