Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Madison, WI)

Foxglove Rowan Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Madison, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
