Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Louisville, KY)

Rivermark Meadow Markets is a Louisville retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for promotions. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
