Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate North Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for service appointments. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Knowledge of freight terms.
