Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Northwind West Telecom Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
