Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Little Rock, AR)

Bluepeak Haven Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Little Rock region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for parts orders. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
