Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Little Rock, AR)

Ironwood Fern Foods Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with ingredient orders.
