Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Vale Markets Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for supplier deliveries. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
