Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Bright Rook Manufacturing Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for tooling. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
