Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Las Vegas, NV)

Rivermark Yarrow Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Las Vegas, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for carrier rates. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
