Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Sparrow Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Las Vegas, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for outage reports. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
