Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Knoxville, TN)

Foxglove Wilder Auto Group is a Knoxville company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 559 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for service appointments. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
