Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Knoxville, TN)

Clearpath Cobalt Press produces print and digital publications in Knoxville. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for press runs. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
