Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Kestrel Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Knoxville. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 406 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for parts orders. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
