Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Knoxville, TN)

Westbrook Junction Auto Group is a Knoxville company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for warranty claims. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
