Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Jacksonville, FL)

Bluepeak Fern Environmental Services Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for fleet maintenance. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
