Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Indianapolis, IN)

Foxglove Nest Markets is a Indianapolis retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for shrink and waste. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
