Bluepeak Wren Farms Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for packing house output, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for packing house output. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
