Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Honolulu, HI)

Stonegate Bridge Telecom Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Report on on-time performance for billing accounts. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Honolulu, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
