Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Honolulu, HI)

Highbridge Orchard Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Honolulu region. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 381 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for cold storage. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
