Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Honolulu, HI)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Drift Foods Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 357 people based in Honolulu. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
