Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Hartford, CT)

Clearpath Willow Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for service appointments. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Hartford, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
