Amberfield Fern Inspection Services is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for client sites. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
