Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Fresno, CA)

Stonegate Birch Freight is a Fresno logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. We reward reliability. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
