Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Fresno, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Juniper Telecom and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of about 717 people based in Fresno. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Fresno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
