Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Rowan Freight Group is a El Paso logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Report on on-time performance for customer tracking. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
