Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (El Paso, TX)

Harborlight Birch Telecom is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for network equipment. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
