Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (El Paso, TX)

Fernwood Orchard Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in El Paso with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for service complaints. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
