Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (El Paso, TX)

Greenridge Orchard Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in El Paso. We are hiring a Logistics Coordinator to take on dispatch and scheduling. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for collection routes. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
