Foxglove Pike Auto Group Partners is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
