Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Denver, CO)

Northwind Solutions supplies farm and food customers across the Denver region, and we need a Logistics Coordinator to lead our dispatch and scheduling. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Denver. What you will do • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for grower contracts. What we are looking for • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
