Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Denver, CO)

Nova Wilder Auto Group is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Report on on-time performance for vehicle inspections. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. What we are looking for • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. Nice to have • Knowledge of freight terms. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
