Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Cedar Cross Foods Group and adding a Logistics Coordinator whose main responsibility will be dispatch and scheduling. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
