Logistics Coordinator - dispatch and scheduling (Denver, CO)

Rivermark Birch Foods is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. The job centres on dispatch and scheduling for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare documents such as bills of lading and proofs of delivery. • Coordinate with drivers, carriers and warehouse staff. • Track shipments and resolve delays and damage claims. • Report on on-time performance for ingredient orders. • Schedule pickups and deliveries and keep customers informed of timing. What we are looking for • One or more years in logistics, dispatch or transportation. • Strong phone and email manner. • Comfort with a transport-management system or spreadsheets. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Knowledge of freight terms. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
